Frances Cousins

Frances joined in the NHS as a member of the Graduate Management Training Scheme.
Following management posts in London, she moved to Addenbrooke's in 1997 where she was operational manager for four years and lead manager for a newly established cancer network.
Prior to returning to Addenbrooke's in August 2003, she worked as a Policy Advisor for the Prime Minister's Office of Public Service Reform.
