Mike is Professor of Business Performance at the Centre for Business Performance, Cranfield School of Management.

Adrian Pennington joined the NHS in June 1978 as a salaries and wages officer. He has worked his way through the Finance, Human Resource and Information departments before becoming a clinical service directorate manager in the early eighties.

Adrian Reedman is Director of Strategy and Redesign for NHS Birmingham East and North, responsible for leading the Commissioning and Redesign of services for a population of 465,000 people living in Birmingham.

Andrew has worked for Whitbread for the last 7 years and is currently the Head of Quality & Guest Insight for Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants; Responsibilities include ensuring that all Whitbread Brands have robust Brand Standards that are thoroughly audited.

I have worked in the NHS since October 2000. I qualified from The University of Central Lancashire as a registered mental health nurse and worked in clinical services for the first five years of my career.

Sue Jackson took up her current post as Associate Director of Performance at Manchester Primary Care Trust (PCT) 1st November 2007.

Frances joined in the NHS as a member of the Graduate Management Training Scheme.

Peter Fry first experienced the NHS during a year’s placement from his business degree at Hammersmith and Queen Charlottes Hospital.
