Andrew has worked for Whitbread for the last 7 years and is currently the Head of Quality & Guest Insight for Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants; Responsibilities include ensuring that all Whitbread Brands have robust Brand Standards that are thoroughly audited.
Measuring Guest feedback through our Guest satisfaction programme and using Guest insight to influence business strategy.
Previous roles in Whitbread include Head of Service Quality for Restaurants and New Concept Development.
Prior to working for Whitbread Andrew was Director of Operations for Specialist Wine Retailing in First Quench and has also held Operational Roles in Debenhams & BhS.
Andrew is married with 3 children and spends his spare time cooking, reading & gardening he is also a keen motor racing enthusiast.
